Refund Policy

At ShareTracker.io, we stand behind the quality of our software. However, because our products are digital software licenses and—in some cases—full unencrypted source code, we maintain a strict refund policy to protect our intellectual property.

1. Refund Eligibility by Plan

Option A: “The Hacker” (Source Code)

Status: All Sales Final / Non-Refundable

This plan includes the complete, unencrypted Python source code for the application. Once this code has been downloaded, it is impossible to “return” the product. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds for this plan under any circumstances.

Option B: “The Investor” (Installer / App)

Status: Conditional 30-Day Guarantee

We offer a refund within 30 days of purchase for “The Investor” plan ONLY in the event of a critical technical defect.

You are eligible for a refund if:

• The software fails to run on a supported operating system (Windows 10/11, macOS, or Ubuntu).
• You have contacted our Support Team to report the issue.
• We are unable to resolve the technical issue within a reasonable timeframe (5 business days).

Note: Refunds are not granted for “change of mind” or compatibility issues with unsupported operating systems.

2. How to Request a Defect Refund

If you purchased “The Investor” plan and are experiencing a technical failure, please email us at contact@sharetracker.io.

You must include:

• Subject line: “Technical Support / Refund Request – [Your Order ID]”
• A description of the technical error or defect.
• Screenshots or logs showing the failure.

3. Account Revocation

If a refund is approved and processed:

• Your license key will be immediately deactivated.
• Your access to the Downloads Dashboard and future updates will be revoked.
• You typically see the funds return to your bank account within 5–10 business days.
